Munich Gunman Was Killing Children as They Ate at McDonald’s

"At least eight people were killed Friday when gunfire erupted in a busy shopping district in Munich, Germany.
Police said at least three attackers were on the loose. The city was placed under a virtual lockdown, with residents urged to stay home, restaurants and other business closing and public transit shutting down.
No group has claimed responsibility but police officials said it "looks like a terror attack." RCP
