Will De La Fuente be allowed on California Primary Ballot?

This is exactly the type of publicity that he needs, in order to qualify for the presidential primary ballot automatically in many states, including California, where he lives. It will be interesting to see if the California Secretary of State puts him on the June 2016 Democratic presidential primary ballot.
