The retired neurosurgeon garnered just 2.3 percent support in the state, with roughly 40 percent of precincts reporting. That was a significant drop-off from Iowa, where Carson finished in fourth place with 9.3 percent of the vote last week.
“As we now move on to South Carolina, Nevada and the Super Tuesday states, I will continue to stand for integrity, accountability and honest leadership,” Carson said in a statement....
