Markets Predict a Trump Win
"The stock market's election year performance between July 31 and Oct. 31 has often accurately predicted the next president — and this year it's pointing to a victory by Donald Trump, if history is a guide.
Sam Stovall, chief investment strategist at CFRA, says the market's decline this fall has been a bad omen for the incumbent party and Hillary Clinton, ...The S&P 500 is down 2.2 percent since its close of 2,173 on July 29, a Friday and the last trading day of July.
"Going back to World War II, the S&P 500 performance between July 31 and Oct. 31 has accurately predicted a challenger victory." CNBCTrump holds up LGBT Rainbow Flag at Rally
"Trump held up a rainbow “LGBT’s for Trump” flag at the start of a campaign rally in Colorado on
Sunday after being handed the banner by a homosexual supporter.
According to reports, attendee Max Nowak gave the flag to Trump, who unfurled it and then, smiling, walked across the stage with the rainbow banner to show others.
Trump handed the flag over to an aide seconds later. An estimated 3,000 to 4,000 supporters attended the rally, held at the Bank of Colorado Arena at the University of Northern Colorado.
As previously reported, the Trump campaign website makes available for purchase “LGBTQ for Trump” t-shirts and pins." ChristianNews

Early Voting Trouble Signs for Hillary
"First, early voting by millennials is down sharply in several swing states including North Carolina, Nevada and Ohio.
As we've pointed out before, this is obviously a troubling sign for Hillary since millennials voters skewed to Obama by 34 points in 2008 and 24 points in 2012. We guess there will be fewer Hillary posters on the basement walls of young millennials living at home with mom after the "Hope and Change" they were promised in 2008 and 2012 didn't pan out so well.
Perhaps even more troubling for the Clinton campaign are early voting statistics of black voters which show substantial declines in Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia and Ohio. These stats are disastrous for Hillary as black voters have historically skewed towards democratic candidates by 80 points or more.
President Obama enjoyed a huge surge in black voter participation in 2008 and 2012. After averaging around 50-55% for several decades, black voter participation surged to over 60% during Obama's races. A failure of the Clinton campaign to turnout black voters by the same margins could be disastrous for Clinton in states like Florida, North Carolina and Ohio." ZH

Obama undercuts Hillary's Defense Spin
"With both Harry Reid and Hillary Clinton voicing extreme accusations of violating federal law against FBI Director Comey's decision to be transparent about his investigation into Clinton's emails, it appears President Obama is having none of it. As White House spokesman Josh Earnest stated: "President Obama doesn't think Comey is trying to influence the election." ZH
POLL: Watergate Comparison
"The specter of a drawn-out, Nixon-like investigation is clouding Democrat Hillary Clinton's race for the presidency with a new poll showing nearly half equating the email scandal to Watergate and even more worried that the FBI probe will drag on into her presidency.
45% say emails worse than Watergate, 61% fear probe to drag into White House." Examiner

Otis Busted
"Trump critic who allegedly destroyed the Republican presidential candidate and former reality
show host's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame may face a felony charge for the act, the New York Post reported.
James Otis, 52, of West Hollywood, Calif., is said to be the man captured on videotape, dressed as a Los Angeles Department of Transportation worker, and beating Trump's star with a pickax last week, until it was severely chipped and unreadable.
The LAPD will recommend that Otis be charged with one felony count, which could land him in jail for up to three years for the vandalism.
Otis is an activist and an heir to the Otis Elevator Company fortune, the Daily Mail reported." FOX

24 Months of Manufacturing Contracting
"Dallas Fed's Manufacturing Outlook has now contracted for 22 consecutive months (the 2008/9 crisis collapse was 24 straight months) with a -1.5 print in October (missing expectations of +2). Production declined, Capacity Utilization tumbled, New Orders and Average Workweek contracted, and wages dropped (while prices paid rose)." ZH
Bill Clinton Strategist abandons Hillary
"I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life — not just political, but also personal — on
Sunday night.
I say this because regardless of what Secretary Clinton did or didn’t do or what her aide, Huma Abedin, did or didn’t do or even what Anthony Weiner did or didn’t do, I am now convinced that we will be facing the very real possibility of a constitutional crisis with many dimensions and deleterious consequences should Secretary Clinton win the election.
However, in good conscience, and as a Democrat, I am actively doubting whether I can vote for the Secretary of State. I also want to make clear that I cannot vote for Donald Trump as his world view and mine are very different.
I remain a Democrat and proud of the work I did for six years for President Bill Clinton between 1994 and 2000 and I write with extreme sadness. But I cannot in the waning days of the election make the case that Secretary Clinton should be elected." DougScoen/BillClintonPollster&Advisor

Hillary's Drinking Problem
"Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman, John Podesta, wrote to Communications Director Jennifer
Palmieri, asking if she had sent Clinton some documents. While it is unclear what those documents might be, Podesta also discussed some personal concerns:
Prior to the release of this email, it had been rumored that Clinton had an alcohol abuse problem, and her drinking contests with other members of the U.S. Senate—including one with Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.)—are considered "legendary" inside the Beltway. But there's never been any solid proof of alcohol abuse made public, other than frequent photos of her taking a single drink while on the campaign trail." Charisma
Should I call her and talk this through or better to leave with you? I'm worried she'll get on with Cheryl and we'll end up in a bad place. I'm in a session that lasts till 3:30 your time. Is that timely or should I walk out?
Two and a half hours later, according to the time stamps of the email exchange, Palmieri responded:
I just sent. Was getting my hair cut and trying to write all this on an iPhone. I think you should call her and sober her up some.
That was at 4:31 p.m.Prior to the release of this email, it had been rumored that Clinton had an alcohol abuse problem, and her drinking contests with other members of the U.S. Senate—including one with Sen. Chicago Tribune calls for Hillary to Step Aside
"If ruling Democrats hold themselves to the high moral standards they impose on the people they
govern, they would follow a simple process:
They would demand that Mrs. Clinton step down, immediately, and let her vice presidential nominee, Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia, stand in her place.
Democrats should say, honestly, that with a new criminal investigation going on into events around her home-brew email server from the time she was secretary of state, having Clinton anywhere near the White House is just not a good idea.
Since Oct. 7, WikiLeaks has released 35,000 emails hacked from Clinton campaign boss John Podesta. Now WikiLeaks, no longer a neutral player but an active anti-Clinton agency, plans to release another 15,000 emails.
What if she is elected? Think of a nation suffering a bad economy and continuing chaos in the Middle East, and now also facing a criminal investigation of a president. Add to that congressional investigations and a public vision of Clinton as a Nixonian figure wandering the halls, wringing her hands." ChicagoTribune

FBI Investigating Clinton Foundation
"A former FBI assistant director told CNN Saturday night that the FBI has for months been conducting an "intensive" investigation into the Clinton Foundation. The former G-man, Tom Fuentes, also contradicted CNN's reporting from earlier this year that said the FBI's attempts to open a public corruption case into the Clinton Foundation were quashed by the DOJ.
Fuentes said, "The FBI has an intensive investigation, ongoing, into the Clinton Foundation."
Fuentes continued, saying that "now you have her emails on a computer where the FBI already has a separate case going for Anthony Weiner's alleged activities with a minor girl -- so in a sense it's almost turned into a one-stop shopping for the FBI. They could have implications affecting three separate investigations on one computer." PJ

Trump Leads in Democrat Iron Range of Minnesota????
"Minnesota ......let's turn to Ed Morrissey and his report from Minnesota's Iron Range, where Republican Stewart Mills is looking good in his effort to unseat Democrat Congresscritter Rick Nolan:
MN-08 ...the Iron Range has been a bastion of Democratic support for decades. The
union-heavy, working-class district has voted heavily Democratic in presidential elections as well.
This year, though, that might change, and it could be that Trump might deliver this seat. According to this SUSA/KSTP poll, Trump has a 12-point lead over Hillary Clinton, 47/35. Nolan’s outperforming Hillary, but not by enough to keep control of his own seat. An incumbent at 41% in a two-way race is in dire shape, especially this close to the election, since undecideds will usually break for the challenger. Mills has a 10-point lead among independents too, but Trump leads in that group by an almost 2:1 margin (49/25). Both lead in both cell phone and landline contacts over their Democratic opponents." Media POLL: Hillary's Lead Vanishes
"ABC News/Washington Post tracking poll, with shifts in intended turnout moving a large advantage for Hillary Clinton a week ago to a far tighter 2016 presidential race today.
From a 50-38 percent Clinton lead over Donald Trump in the tracking poll’s first four days, Oct. 20-23, it’s a 47-45 percent contest in the latest results. The movement has been in Trump’s favor, +7." ABC

“I'm livid, actually,” one Clinton surrogate told The Hill. “This has turned into malpractice. It's an unforced error at this point. I have no idea what Comey is up to but the idea this email issue is popping back up again is outrageous. It never should have occurred in the first place. Someone somewhere should have told her no. And they didn't and now we're all paying the price.”
Another ally called the campaign’s mood something akin to “paralysis,” and blamed Weiner’s behavior for railroading the campaign.
One strategist said the developments would further cement the notion that Clinton has something to hide.
“It’s made people think there’s always going to be something around the Clintons, some investigation, some inquiry,” the strategist said. “It never goes away.”

Trump Predicted This.....
"Trump saw this coming from a mile away, fingering Weiner as a potential national security threat all the way back in August of 2015. “It came out that Huma Abedin knows all about Hillary’s private illegal emails,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Huma’s PR husband, Anthony Weiner, will tell the world.”
Abedin recently announced the couple’s separation after Weiner became embroiled in a new series of embarrassing online sexting scandals, including one allegedly involving an underage girl that prompted the FBI to investigate." FOX

What MIGHT the FBI have?
"It remains to be seen just what is in the emails, although whether Hillary sent emails with confidential content herself, or directed, or simply allowed her closest aide, Huma Abedin to forward such emails to her outside unsecured email address (where they subsequently ended up on Anthony Weiner's notebook), is what this latest case will be all about and how it will be defended and prosecuted in the media, by the water coolers and perhaps, in court.
However, we do know one thing: according to the NYT, the number of Huma emails that made their way to Weiner's PC was staggering:
Still, the biggest irony in this latest debacle is that it was largely predicted by Donald Trump himself back in August of 2015." ZH
However, we do know one thing: according to the NYT, the number of Huma emails that made their way to Weiner's PC was staggering:
Which brings up two more critical questions: i) when she was questioned by the FBI over the summer, did Huma reveal and admit the existence of these "thousands" of emails located on a personal, home computer, and ii) will the FBI be able to comb through everything in the next 10 days ahead of the election? If the answer to the second question is no, will the US presidential election really take place with one candidate currently under FBI investigation, one which could potentially lead to impeachment proceedings within weeks or days of her being elected president? The F.B.I. is investigating illicit text messages that Mr. Weiner, a former Democratic congressman from New York, sent to a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina. The bureau told Congress on Friday that it had uncovered new emails related to the Clinton case — one federal official said they numbered in the tens of thousand

Trump made announcement at Rally of FBI Probe - crowd went wild
“I need to open with a very critical breaking news announcement,” Trump stated, drawing cheers of “lock her up” from the crowd.
“The FBI has just sent a letter to Congress informing them that they have discovered new emails pertaining to the former secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s investigation,” he continued. “And renewing the investigation into her illegal conduct that threatens the security of the United States of America.”
“Hillary Clinton’s corruption is on a scale we have never seen before,” Trump added. “We must not let her take her criminal scheme into the Oval Office.” DailyCaller

Bernstein on FBI probe of Hillary
"Watergate journalist Carl Bernstein comments on the FBI's shocking Friday afternoon
announcement that they are reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server because new evidence has come to light.
CARL BERNSTEIN:
We don't know what this means yet except that it's a real bombshell. And it is unthinkable that the Director of the FBI would take this action lightly, that he would put this letter forth to the Congress of the United States saying there is more information out there about classified e-mails and call it to the attention of congress unless it was something requiring serious investigation. So that's where we are...
