United Independent Party Risks Losing Ballot Access In Massachusetts

"The United Independent Party led by founder and leader Evan Falchuk risks losing it’s ballot
access in their home state of Massachusetts.  As of now, according to an article from the Boston Globe, Falchuk says he has 23,000 members and the party needs 43,000 by mid-October in order to retain ballot access.  You would think they wouldn’t have a hard time doing so considering the interest in third parties this year due to the ‘lesser evil’ candidacies of the major parties but Falchuk said they face an ‘uphill battle’."
